This project is very well placed, on Alegria Street, being a corner building on the street that connects Praça da Alegria with Príncipe Real, and very close to several city landmarks such as Avenida da Liberdade and Parque Mayer
The project aims to give the buildings a contemporary use, but maintaining the morphology and the memory/identity of the various uses corresponding to the threeseparate bodies, restoring the façades and architectural elements.
