This building complex was acquired by Eastbanc in 2006. The revitalisation process of this block was developed in an integrated manner with all of Eastbanc’s assets to help create for Príncipe Real a retail concept oriented towards originality and unique and distinctive brands.
The intervention in this set of buildings was limited to conservation and requalification works in order to guarantee better conditions to the several tenants.
