The REP 89 was one of Eastbanc’s most recent acquisitions. Integrated in the romantic route of the historic-artistic itinerary, this building in Rua da Escola Politécnica has the privilege of colocating the Museum of Natural History and Science and simultaneously benefiting to the south from a unique view over the Tejo River and the city of Lisbon.

The refurbishment of this building seeks to continue the integrated project to create a neighbourhood and revitalise the forgotten Beco do Colégio dos Nobres. The current service/commercial and residential uses will be maintained and the project will allow for the harmonious consolidation of the urban surroundings. The residential units will offer luxury spaces not only for their architectural quality but also for their unique setting.
