On June 22nd, EastBanc Portugal marked it’s presence at the fourth edition of , organized by APPII – Associação Portuguesa de Promotores e Investidores Imobiliários and Vida Imobiliária.
A day dedicated to Affordable Housing and Urban Licensing, we counted with the special participation of Tiago Eiró (CEO) on a debate about the licensing and its Simplex proposal. A moment to share our own knowledge and reflect on the different market approaches.
With the moderation of Ricardo Guimaraes and the presence of Luis Vaz Pereira, José Cardoso Botelho, Francisco Sottomayor and Miguel Cabrita Matias, where it was discussed the main challenges of the licensing’ Simplex and each promoter position on the theme.
#COPIP also gave us a special moment focused on the perfomance of Madrid and they’re example on social housing, as well as a highlight of the planning, project and ambition of Cascais Municipality.
